I really want to start biking to class. I’m wasting money and what calories I could be burning by driving everyday.

I’m not really sure how to be a ‘real’ biker though. I think it’s not so legal to ride on the sidewalk, but I’m slow, and would hold up traffic.

Also, there is the problem of…

Since you’re going to class I assume you have a bag or backpack of some sort. Stick your cutesie day outfit in your bag, wear work out clothes there and change when you reach your destination? I’m not so sure about the other stuff, not being a biker. I’d just ride on the sidewalk, but I dunno.

A rodent-eating snake and a hamster have developed an unusual bond at a zoo in Tokyo, Japan. Their relationship began when zookeepers presented the hamster to the snake as a meal.

However, the rat snake (named Aochan) refused to eat the rodent. The two now share a cage, and the hamster sometimes falls asleep sitting on top of his natural foe. Zookeepers have since named the hamster ‘Gohan’ – the Japanese word for meal.

3rd day in a row I went to the gym. I didn’t do the elliptical, but I did run on the treadmill for a little while. I managed to jog for 5 straight minutes! That doesn’t seem like much, but a few weeks ago I couldn’t even jog for 30 seconds without keeling over.

I messed around with the weights as well. I think I’m not lifting enough, but I can’t manage to do more than 5 reps at a higher weight. :/

they all have no audio (other than beeps indicating position change) so you can listen to your music and not be interrupted by “these will never hurt you! not in the neck, not in the back, in the abs!!!” it’s funny and all but sometimes i just like getting down to business. enj0y.
